What Does Roof Maxx’s 5-Year Flexibility Warranty Cover?

Roof Maxx’s 5-year flexibility warranty ensures that the asphalt shingles treated will maintain flexibility for at least five years post-treatment. The warranty is fully transferable and remains valid even if the manufacturer’s warranty is void. It signifies that the treated shingles will function as intended by the manufacturer for at least five years.

It does not cover leaks from faulty installation or other damages such as hail or high winds. In normal conditions, if the shingles lose flexibility, your Certified Roof Maxx Dealer will re-treat affected areas on a prorated basis over the 60-month warranty period.

Five Year Transferable Warranty

With our five-year, transferable warranty, you’ll enjoy the peace of mind that your roof and entire home are protected.
