Roof Maxx was founded by Mike and Todd Feazel, two brothers with a passion for the roofing industry. Together, they spent more than 25 years running their own roofing company and learning the ins and outs of the industry. During this time, several key changes occurred, one of which led to the creation of Roof Maxx. When the cost of asphalt drastically increased, manufacturers included less asphalt and more crushed limestone filler. This left shingles with a shorter lifespan and less flexibility.

Mike and Todd saw that today’s shingles were lasting only a few years and were not as effective as they once were. They then sold their roofing company and turned their attention to providing sustainable, affordable roofing in places like Oshkosh, WI, and across the country. Only a few years later, Roof Maxx was created.

My brother and I could see the staggering number of roofs at risk across the country and wanted to do something about it. Now, through Roof Maxx, we’re looking out for asphalt roofs, the people under them, their hard-earned money and the planet.

We partnered with Battelle Laboratories to create Roof Maxx, a roof rejuvenation formula that penetrates deep into shingles to replenish evaporated oil and restore flexibility.
