Purchase terms

Your customized Roof Maxx Quote is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of initial delivery. All assessments and related work contemplated under this Quote will be professionally and diligently performed by your local Certified Five-Star Roof Maxx Dealer. If any weather, safety, or quality-related delay is encountered, you will be notified as soon as it is practicable (and the work will be rescheduled accordingly).

 

If your roof meets Roof Maxx’s rigorous qualification standards, you agree to the Roof Maxx treatment and Roof System Preparation procedures. These preparation procedures will focus on the most leak-prone areas of your roof, including plumbing boots, flashings, and nail pops. If your roof does not qualify, no charges would apply. Within twenty-four (24) hours of completion of (and payment for) services, you will receive your 5-Year Transferable Roof Maxx Warranty.

 

To reserve your treatment appointment, Roof Maxx requires a 50% down-payment. The remaining payment is due immediately upon completion of services quoted and accepted.

 

  • Payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, or ACH,  is accepted and can be made via Your Roof Maxx Quote. You can pay the requested amount online via a secure payment gateway offered on the quote.
  • Payment by check is also accepted. Make checks payable to Roof Maxx and mail to: 7385 N. State Route 3, #54, Westerville, OH 43082.
  • Refund Policy – In the event that you cancel your Roof Maxx treatment (and not reschedule), Roof Maxx will refund the entire amount paid if the cancellation notice is received more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled treatment appointment. Otherwise, you will be refunded the entire amount paid less a $99.00 cancellation fee.
  • In the event that more extensive roof repairs are needed, your Roof Maxx Dealer will discuss with you any additional charges that may be necessary (and billed separately).
