Roof tune-ups are free with customers who sign on to the Roof Maxx treatment. We generally go a little further than a roof tune up, in order to give the customer a more premium service. When scheduled for an appointment, we generally start with an assessment, which consists of inspecting and taking photos of the roofs overall condition, followed up with clear photos of areas of concern. These photos are made available to the customer. We inspect flashing points and boot gaskets for dryness and cracking. In addition to that, we look for gaps and cracks that we can silicon and seal it off, screw down flashing points, silicon nail heads sticking up, replace a couple shingles, remove mild to medium moss off roof and blow off any debris before the actual treatment.
