Our Roof Maxx story:
As lifelong Washingtonians, we are proud to call Snohomish County home. Together we have raised three amazing kids who all live nearby and have four grandsons that we enjoy and love being part of their busy lives. We are active in our community and help coach youth sports, serve on community boards and find ways to give back when and wherever we can. We support our first responders and military personnel and gladly shake their hand(s) and thank them for their sacrifice and service for our community and our country.
When we bought our dream home in Snohomish we were excited to have the opportunity to live the "Lake Life" and share it with our growing family. During the process, the inspector told us everything passed but mentioned that the roof had between 7-10 years of life left and then it would have to be replaced. After a few months I got up on the roof for cleaning and to perform some general maintenance and noticed some granule loss in the gutters and some cracked shingles but the roof seemed to be in pretty good condition overall. I couldn't help but think that there had to be some kind of product or treatment that could give my roof more years of life than what the inspector had predicted to make it more water resistant, retain its reflective granules, be more pliable and improve the overall dried out appearance.
